Beef Steak A La Crema


  • 250ml- Nestle all Purpose Cream
  • 1/2 kg beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 gram Maggi magic sarap (8 grams sachet)
  • 2 tbsp. Maggi savor, calamansi flavor
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 pc medium onion since into rings

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Rub beef with Maggi Magic Sarap and Maggi Savor Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and sauté onions for 2 minutes or until crisp tender, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan add marinated beef and pan fry until brown.
  4. Add fried onions. Pour in Nestle all Purpose Cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
