Crispy Beef Recipe


  • 1 kg beef ribs
  • 25 gms celery leaves
  • 1 pc onion
  • 5 gms peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup patis (fish sauce)
  • oil for deep fying
  • garlic rice

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Boil in water beef ribs together with celery, onion, peppercorns, and patis until tender.
  2. Discard broth.
  3. Deep fry beef meat until golden brown.
  4. Serve with garlic rice and pickled vegetables, vinegar, and soy sauce wit onion dip on the side.
