Halabos Na Hipon Recipe


  • 1 lb. white shrimp
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemongrass paste
  • 1tbsp. minced garlic

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mix salt and lemongrass paste then rub over shrimp.
  2. Heat oil a little over medium.
  3. Sauté garlic.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Turn off heat, plate, and serve with white rice.
