- kamote (sweet potato), sliced
- granulated sugar
- cooking oil
- In a pan, heat the cooking oil.
- Then add the kamote.
- Sprinkle the kamote with granulated sugar. Fry for about 5-10 minutes. (Flip the kamote few times to allow the sugar to coat the kamote).
- Remove the kamote from the pan one at a time. You can directly skewer the fried kamote once removed from the pan.
- Let it cool down then serve.
