Embutido With Special Sauce Recipe

Embutido is the Filipino style meat loaf. Usually served in the holidays or celebrations, embutido is known for having different ingredients mixed with the ground meat such as carrots, green peas, egg, hotdog and so much more. But what really makes this dish stand out is the condense milk and bread crumbs mixed to it. The condense milk holds everything together and gives that slight sweetness to it and the bread crumbs add texture.

Plus, we cannot forget about the special sauce that we have with this dish. What makes it so special is that it only uses the basic ingredients and yet you have this delicious and thick sauce. Try this recipe now!
