- 2 pounds pork loin
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
For the Marinade:
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Marinate the whole pork loin for 30 minutes or more in a large pot.
- Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer until meat is tender (about 30 minutes).
- Serve hot with the marinade.
