Chickpea Spread with Linseeds


  • 1.5 cup cooked chickpea
  • 1/3 cup linseeds
  • juice of one lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste for flavour and add salt or pepper or any other ingredient if desired.
