- 2 eggs
- 1 small piece of smoked meat
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- halite (rock salt) , black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin,
- 1 tablespoon butter
- white cheese to taste
- Crack the eggs into a bowl with smoked meat, add the beaten cheese and whisk thoroughly.
- Use a steel omelette pan, melt the butter over medium heat, pour the egg mixture into the pan and reduce flame.
- Sprinkle the omelette with the herbs and the rosemary.
